When you trigger a manual refresh, Appcharge identifies all players currently active in the web store. Active players are grouped internally in batches of 50 and sent through a Kafka-based messaging system to control the flow of requests. Each player is then sent individually to your server through the Personalization API, ensuring a steady and reliable stream without overloading your systems. The Personalization API responds with updated player data for each active player, which Appcharge uses to refresh the offers shown in the web store.
