Special Offers are promotions in your web store that can be available permanently or scheduled for specific time periods. They are commonly used to highlight high-impact deals, seasonal offers, or limited-time promotions. You can design Special Offers to match your brand’s visual elements and showcase products and discounted pricing. Urgency cues such as timers or purchase limits help drive conversions. When multiple Special Offers are active, they are displayed in a slideshow to maintain a clean browsing experience across devices.

How it works

Special Offers are configured in the Publisher Dashboard and can be set to display in one of the following ways:
  • Permanent: Keep the offer available in the web store at all times. Special Offers are permanent by default.
  • Intervals: Set the offer to appear at regular intervals such as daily, weekly, or monthly.
  • Schedule: Set start and end dates to define when the offer appears. When the period ends, the offer is hidden until the next scheduled appearance.

  • Offer limits: Specify how many times a player can purchase each Special Offer.

  • Offer composition: Build offers with one or more products, including support for Main and Sub product layouts and web-only items.

Monitor Special Offers

You can manage and review Special Offers by:
  • Viewing all Special Offers in the Promotions section of the Publisher Dashboard, where you can filter by name or ID.
  • Setting up webhooks for real-time updates on player activity and offer interactions.
