How it works
You can manage the portal’s design, layout, and content directly from the Publisher Dashboard. The portal includes a customizable home page and store page that sync automatically with your web store and with the Personalize Web Store Callback.Create pages
You can create additional pages or subpages to organize information for players. Pages can include visual elements, announcements, and interactive components. Learn how to Create and Manage a Game Portal Page.Design your page layouts with Blocks
Each page layout is built using Blocks. Blocks are configurable components that allow you to add videos, calls to action, content previews, and other features. You can reorder, add, or remove Blocks at any time. You can also reuse Blocks across different pages by exporting them from one page and importing them into another. This helps you maintain consistent layouts and speeds up the creation of new pages. Learn how to Create and Manage Blocks.Create content
Content items include articles or news that players can open to read in full. Content is managed separately from pages, which allows it to be reused across the portal. You can Create and Manage Game Portal Content in the Publisher Dashboard or via the Content API service.Translate your Game Portal
You can translate the portal so players see pages, store interface, and content in their preferred language. There are 2 aspects to translating the portal:- Portal pages and UI: Use the Translations feature in the Publisher Dashboard or the Translations API service.
- Content items: Configure content translations directly in the Content section of the Publisher Dashboard, or via the Content API service.
Publish and manage visibility
You can preview pages and content before publishing them. If you want to delay publication, you can mark an item as hidden and schedule it for a future release. You can also set visibility rules so that specific pages or content are available only to authenticated players.Configure authentication
Players log in to the portal using the same authentication methods as your game. To streamline the experience when players access the portal from within the game, use the Pre-Authenticated Login Webhook to authenticate them automatically without requiring an additional login.Game Portal as a Parking Domain
You can use the portal as a parking domain to direct players from your game to your web store in compliance with Apple and Google guidelines. To learn more, see About Parking Domains.Key features
- Preview before publishing: Preview pages and content before they go live.
- Drafting and scheduling: Mark a page or content as hidden and schedule it for future publication.
- Visibility: Set a page or content to be public or restricted to authenticated players.
