When a customer places an order, whether free or paid, Appcharge processes the transaction, verifies the payment if required, and sends you a notification to grant the award or purchased item.
The notification makes sure the customer gets the right award at the right time. It includes key order details such as the order ID, products, tax, and payment method. With this information, your system can accurately track transactions, manage purchases, and keep data synchronized across platforms.
Appcharge also notifies you about free orders so you can update the customer balance and grant the award in the same way you would for a purchased order. This ensures clear visibility and a smooth customer experience.
