You can set up a maintenance page to temporarily take your web store offline while displaying a custom message to players, such as “Web store temporarily under construction. Come back soon!”. This is useful when you need to make updates, fix issues, or roll out new content without players encountering a broken or incomplete experience. When enabled, players who access your web store URL see the maintenance page instead of the store, preventing new purchases during planned downtime. When disabled, players will see your web store as usual.
To enable or disable this feature, contact your account manager.
- In the Publisher Dashboard, go to Studio > Builder.
- In the Store Settings tab, scroll down to Maintenance, and then click the arrow to expand the field.
- Enter the text and any formatting or links to display on the maintenance page.
- Click Save in the bottom right corner to save your changes.
