This article explains how to design, create, and manage a Bundle offer for your web store in the Publisher Dashboard. Alternatively, you can create and update a Bundle using the Bundles API service.

Design a Bundle

Before creating a Bundle, you need to design it:
  1. In the Studio section go to Offers Design, and click Add New Design.
  2. In the Type field, select Bundle from the drop-down menu. The form updates to display all fields relevant to a Bundle.
  3. Configure the following sections:
    • Offer Settings
      • Name: Enter a name for the offer design so you can easily identify it when creating an offer.
      • External ID: Enter an ID for the design.
    • Offer Assets
      • Background Image: Upload or select a background image.
      • Background Color: Select a solid color or choose Linear to apply a gradient.
      • Button Suffix Badge: Add an image or JSON animation to highlight your call-to-action button.
        To get access to this feature, contact your account manager.
  4. Click Save to finalize the design.

Create a Bundle

After designing the Bundle, you can create the offer itself:
  1. In the Offers section go to Bundles and click Add New Bundle.
  2. Complete the following sections:
    • General
      • Name: Enter a name for the Bundle offer. This name appears in the checkout unless you provide an alternative in the Display Name field.
      • Display Name: Enter a name for the Bundle offer to display in the checkout. This value overrides the one in the Name field.
      If left blank, the value from the Name field is displayed in the checkout
      • Description: Provide a description for the Bundle.
      • External ID: Enter an ID for the Bundle.
      • Offer Design: Select the design you want to use from the drop-down menu.
      • Section: Choose where the bundle appears in the store.
      • Price: Enter a price for the Bundle.
    • Segments: Enter the segment names to display the offer to specific groups of players.
    • Badges: Select a badge from the drop-down menu to help highlight the Bundle.
    • Sale & Discounts
      • Product Sale: Enter a sale value for the product. Setting this field adds a Sale Badge to your Bundle.
      • Type: Click the drop-down menu to select the discount type, Percentage, Multiplier or Fixed Amount.
      • Price Discount: Enter a discount value, and the full price will appear crossed out next to the sale price.
    • Products: To add products to the Bundle, configure the fields below, and then click Add Product. You’ll see the products displayed in a table at the bottom of the page.
      • Product Name: Select a product to add from the drop-down list.
      • Product Types: Choose how the product is displayed within the Bundle:
        • Main: A primary product displayed prominently in the Bundle.
        • Sub: A secondary product displayed in a smaller layout. Sub products can appear on their own or under a Main product.
        • Web Only: Select Web Only to promote items that are available exclusively in the Web Store.
          To get access to this feature, contact your account manager.
      • Quantity: Enter the number of units of this product included in the offer.
  3. Click Save to create the Bundle.

Edit a Bundle

To edit an existing Bundle:
  1. Go to the Bundles section. You’ll see a list of all your existing Bundles.
  2. Click the ellipsis of the offer you want to edit, and then click Edit.
  3. Modify the Bundle as desired.
  4. Click Save to apply changes.

Duplicate a Bundle

To duplicate a Bundle:
  1. Go to the Bundle section. You’ll see a list of all your existing Bundles.
  2. Click the ellipsis of the offer you want to duplicate, and then click Duplicate.
  3. Modify the Bundle as desired.
  4. Click Save to apply changes.

Delete a Bundle

To delete a Bundle:
  1. Go to the Bundles section. You’ll see a list of all your existing Bundles.
  2. Click the ellipsis of the offer you want to delete, and then click Delete.
