Players may sometimes engage in behavior that violates Appcharge’s security guidelines or terms of service. This can include excessive disputes, a high risk of fraud, or suspension requests from the publisher or other players. In such cases, we may need to take action by temporarily suspending or permanently blocking them from accessing your webstore or checkout. The Players tab in the Publisher Dashboard provides a database of blocked player information, including current status and any history of suspensions. The table includes the following fields:
  • Player ID: The player ID.
  • First Blocked: Date when the player was first blocked.
  • Last Blocked: Date when the player was last blocked.
  • Blocked Until: Date until when the player is blocked. After this date, the player will be unblocked.
  • Reason: The reason the player was blocked.
  • Dispute Count: Total number of disputes a player has opened during their account lifetime.
  • Status: The status of the blocked player. Can be Blocked or Unblocked.
