The Template Studio is a centralized workspace where you design and manage templates for your web store layout. Templates define the structure and visual style of your web store. They control how the store is organized, including which sections appear, how they are arranged on the page, and how the store is branded. You can create multiple templates, edit them independently, and activate the one you want players to see. The active template determines the layout displayed in your live web store.

How it works

The Template Studio provides a collection of professionally designed web store templates created by Appcharge designers and monetization experts. These templates provide a starting point for building your store layout. You can then customize a template in the Template Editor to match your game’s visual identity and monetization goals.

Template Editor

With the Template Editor, you can configure the layout and visual style of your store. For example, you can hide, show, and reorder store sections, configure how each section is displayed on the page, and apply global branding and design settings such as fonts, colors, and images. The editor also includes a live preview so you can see how the store will appear before activating a template. If you use web store personalization, you can preview how the store renders when personalization data is applied. For a detailed walk-through of the editor interface, see Tour the Template Editor.

Template states

A template has one of two states:
  • Draft: A saved template that isn’t live in your web store.
  • Active: A template currently used in your live web store.
Only one template can be active at a time. Activating a different template automatically replaces the currently active template.

Reusing templates for campaigns

Templates can also be reused to launch new store experiences more quickly. For example, when running seasonal campaigns or special events, you can create an event template and reuse it for similar campaigns in the future. Instead of rebuilding the same layout each time, you can simply update the assets, such as images or banners, to match the new event. This approach allows you to define store structures once and reuse them whenever needed, making it easier to launch campaigns and create multiple store variants.
